The "Vivitar Experience Image Manager" is software used for managing images and media, typically associated with Vivitar digital cameras. If the Vivitar 5x30 binocular camera comes with this software or is supported by it, then it should work. You would need to check the packaging or documentation from Vivitar to confirm if the binocular camera is compatible with the software. If you have the opportunity, you could also try installing the software to see if it recognizes the binocular camera when connected to your computer.
It is unclear what the issue is with downloading the software for Vivicam E009. It may be helpful to check if the software is compatible with your computer operating system, or to contact Vivitar customer support for further assistance.

The reason your camera model is not available when setting up the Vivitar Experience Image Manager app could be due to compatibility issues or the app not being updated to support your specific camera model. You may need to check with Vivitar support or use alternative software to manage your camera's images.
You can download the application based on the serial number you have. The site is accessible to customers only, so if you have the serial number, then go to the website and paste it in the box and click OK.

No, there is no link for Mac operating system. I have checked and the only thing you can download is the version for Windows OS. There is nothing available in terms of compatibility or system requirements.
However, you can try Wine Bottler to run the application on Mac. Wine Bottler makes it easy to load Windows apps on Mac.
This means that you've installed the application properly but Facebook is not connected, therefore it cannot communicate with Facebook in order to upload the pictures. Start the application then access the configuration settings and connect to your Facebook account. A new window will open from where you need to give permission for the application. Once this has been set up, you will have the possibility to upload pictures to Facebook.

In the user guide for this device, it's clearly specified that Vivitar ViviCam S126 is supported by the Image Manager. If you can't see the device in the software, it's because it hasn't been installed properly. Although the S126 model is Plug-n-Play, certain errors might appear from time to time.
Go to Device Manager (Window s+ R + devmgmtm.msc) and check to see if there is no item with yellow or red sign. Most likely your device isn't installed properly. In the event that you find it, right click and choose Update driver. Choose Windows Update and make sure you are connected to the Internet.
After this operation, the S126 device will be available for usage directly from Computer or from the Vivitar Experience Image Manager.

I purchased a Vivitar Vivicam F126. When I have asked for the Vivitar Experience to download is asks for the serial number. Where do I find it?
The serial number can be found in various places, based on how you acquired the product:
Inside the CD sleeve if you purchased a CD with the product.
In the email used to purchase the application digitally.
Mailed to you after you have completed the purchase.
If there is no sign of the serial number, then I recommend to get in touch with the seller. He should give you additional information.
